The Service

Claimful is a platform for delivering lead magnets and collecting email subscribers. We provide tools — creators are responsible for their content and how they use leads.

For Creators

Account

• You must be 18+ to use Claimful
• Keep your login secure
• You're responsible for all activity on your account

Your content

• Only upload content you own or have rights to
• Don't upload illegal, harmful, or spam content
• You keep ownership of your content
• You give us permission to host and deliver it

Your responsibilities

• Follow email laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) when contacting leads
• Don't use Claimful for spam, scams, or illegal purposes
• You're responsible for your lead magnet content, not us

Payments

• Pro plan: $9/month, billed monthly
• Cancel anytime — access continues until the period ends
• No refunds for partial months
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Termination

We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

For Visitors

When you claim a lead magnet

• By entering your email, you consent to share it with the creator
• The creator — not Claimful — is responsible for emails they send you
• Unsubscribe requests should go to the creator
• Content is provided "as is"

For Everyone

Limitation of liability

• Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We're not liable for creator content
• Our liability is limited to what you've paid us

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
