Claimful ("we", "us") operates claimful.co, a platform that helps creators deliver lead magnets and collect email subscribers.
This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. It covers two types of users:
- Creators: People who sign up for Claimful to share lead magnets
- Visitors: People who claim lead magnets from creators
For Creators
What we collect
- Email address and name (for your account)
- Profile info you add (bio, avatar, links)
- Lead magnet files you upload
- Payment info (handled by Stripe — we never see your card)
How we use it
- To provide the service
- To send account-related emails
- To process payments
Your data rights
- Access your data anytime in your dashboard
- Export your leads as CSV
- Delete your account and all associated data
For Visitors
What we collect
When you claim a lead magnet, we collect:
- Your email address (required)
- Name and other info the creator requests
Important
- This information is shared with the creator
- The creator — not Claimful — decides how to contact you
- To be removed from a creator's list, contact them directly
- To delete your data from Claimful, email hello@claimful.co
For Everyone
Cookies
We use:
- Essential cookies — to keep you logged in and the site functioning
- Analytics cookies — to understand how people use Claimful so we can improve it
We don't use advertising or retargeting cookies. We don't sell your personal data.
Third-party services
- Stripe — payments
- Resend — emails
- Supabase — database
- Vercel — hosting
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices.
Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated to users.
